Photo of Rachelle Lanigan Rachelle began her dance training in Owen Sound, Ontario under Eleanor Brennan and later studied at RBS under Sylvia Logan. Rachelle began teaching at RBS in 1992 and is a graduate of the Teacher Training Program of the Royal Academy of Dance and a Registered member of the Academy. Rachelle has also been a guest instructor at the New Brunswick Elite Dance Camp.

Rachelle holds a Registered Teaching status with the Royal Academy of Dance and the Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance and has been teaching for 15 years. Rachelle was a 7 time NB Highland Dance champion and a four time medallist in the Canadian Highland Dance Championships. Rachelle is an executive member of Scot Dance New Brunswick and a member of Scot Dance Canada.

Rachelle is a long time co-choreographer for Rothesay Ballet School's annual production of "The Nutcracker" and has been asked to be co-director of Dance Showcase 2007 at Imperial Theatre. Rachelle holds a B.A. and B.Ed. and works with District 6 as a supply teacher.
